The Kiker Elementary Spelling Bee is happening this January! Open to all 3rd–5th graders, our school champion will advance through the Scripps National Spelling Bee program. Complete the interest form to receive word lists, rules, and practice details.

Each year, Kiker Elementary hosts a school-wide spelling bee open to all students in grades 3–5. This exciting academic event gives students the opportunity to build vocabulary, improve spelling skills, and gain confidence in a fun and supportive environment. Participation is optional but encouraged for students who enjoy language and competition. Study resources are provided in advance, and we offer optional study nights to help students prepare. Top spellers will compete in a live bee, with the school champion advancing toward regional qualification rounds as part of the Scripps National Spelling Bee program. Details about sign-ups, key dates, and study materials will be shared with families each fall.
